The Colorado Association of REALTORS® Foundation is the philanthropic and community engagement arm of the Colorado REALTORS®, real estate agencies, title companies, builders and other affiliate partners who work collaboratively to advance safe and affordable housing programs, education for consumers on homeownership, and provide disaster relief to our neighbors in need.
As the marketing contractor for the Foundation, I am responsible for the upkeep of all marketing & communications, including email, social media, event photography, and any other marketing/design needs that may arise.
Since I began my work with the Foundation, we have started and grown a presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and have also started a monthly newsletter to keep previous donors as well as grantees informed.

Email is one of the top ways that the CAR Foundation stays in touch with previous grantees as well as donors. Each month, a newsletter is sent out to keep our audience in the loop. I also send out eblasts when there is a grant cycle or other imperative deadline coming up that certain audiences need to know about.

When I joined the CAR Foundation I created a LinkedIn Page, a new Instagram page, and continued to build their Facebook page. The goal is not to go "viral", but to bring awareness to the Foundation and the work we are doing in CO communities through grants.
Work includes: design, strategy, posting & engagement.
